  As long as Lisa owns the shop I will be a customer forever. I got my nails done by a technician at her shop, When I got home and really looked at my nails, I wasn't happy at all,So I called the shop the next day and was told to come in, Lisa took one look at my nails and agreed, They were horrible,this wasn't a new technician. But Kevin to the rescue, He redid all my nails so happy!! 09/2016 Up date, All I can say is that I am not as happy as I used to be, I've had improvement ,The technician wasn't even there, ok I'll try again, I make an appointment and I still don't get to be service at my appointment time. I'm not happy with their work.

  Arrived at 5:30, was seated into a chair for my pedi at 5:40 and then waited for 35 minutes until someone decided to say a word to me. The water has run cold and my feet were beyond wrinkly. It would be nice for some common courtesy to tell me the wait time rather than sitting me into a chair and leaving me. Very unprofessional....
